The Iron Snail is happy to accept any domestic or international returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn and unaltered items. After the 30-day return period is over, any orders will not be eligible for a refund to the original payment method, but can still be exchanged or returned for store credit. Returns have a calculated handling fee based on the item, but this fee will be waived if you choose to return for store credit. You can start a return here.
Follow the instructions via the return portal to receive a pre-paid return label along with a return form to include with your order.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to make sure the garment hasn’t been worn, and is in good condition. If for any reason your return did not meet our standards, we will contact you directly via email. All refunds will be processed within 10-14 days upon delivery at our warehouse to the original form of payment with the calculated handling fee deducted automatically. If you have returned a garment in un-sellable condition, we would return it to you and no refund would be issued to you.
We promise to do our absolute best in making sure you can return your garment, so we advise you to baby your garment until you are 100% positive you are keeping it.
