Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy:
The Iron Snail is happy to accept any domestic or international returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn and unaltered items. After the 30-day return period is over, any orders will not be eligible for a refund to the original payment method, but can still be exchanged or returned for store credit. Returns have a calculated handling fee based on the item, but this fee will be waived if you choose to return for store credit. You can start a return here.
Follow the instructions via the return portal to receive a pre-paid return label along with a return form to include with your order.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to make sure the garment hasn’t been worn, and is in good condition. If for any reason your return did not meet our standards, we will contact you directly via email. All refunds will be processed within 7-14 days upon delivery at our warehouse to the original form of payment with the calculated handling fee deducted automatically. If you have returned a garment in un-sellable condition, we would return it to you and no refund would be issued to you.
We promise to do our absolute best in making sure you can return your garment, so we advise you to baby your garment until you are 100% positive you are keeping it.
Exchange Policy:
Due to the extremely limited stock with every Iron Snail release, exchanges can be a difficult process. We strive to provide the best possible insight for your perfect size the first time, avoiding any potential disappointment involving the exchange process. However, ordering clothing online always carries an inherent risk and we are happy to create an ideal solution for every customer.
The Iron Snail is happy to provide one free domestic exchange within 30 days of delivery for unworn and unaltered items, when stock permits. International exchanges are available, but an initial free exchange is not available. The new item will ship after your original item is returned back to our warehouse. Customs, Clearance, and Duties Fees
We are unable to cover the cost of any customs, clearance or duties fees. We ask that you take that into consideration before placing an order so you don't get any unexpected costs in the future.
Privacy
We do not collect personally identifiable information about you on this site without your knowledge, and all such information is collected directly from you. We may utilize your email address to send communications to you, but there is always an opt-out at the bottom of every communication. We'll never sell your email, share your email, etc. We just like to sell clothes.
Product Availability
While an item may be indicated as in-stock on our site, we can't guarantee product availability and some products may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
