I really never want to overpromise anything and I think we should still bank on the denim being ready by Thanksgiving. That being said, the manufacturer has repeatedly told me that we’ll be done sooner than that. In fact, he was a bit worried that the denim will be finished by the time I arrive and I’ll have to send you all pictures of empty sewing machines. I suppose receiving your garments earlier than expected will make up for the lackluster photos.
Again, I do not want to make any promises or assumptions at this stage. I’d rather us keep on our original schedule and assume end of November = denim. However, we can hold hope in our hearts for an earlier release.

Special Edition (Sartorial) Mammoth

Sam is aiming to ship me the body fabric in December. We’re waiting on an update for the exit mill date of the lining, but in the meantime... I thought I’d show you something cool. This was a bit of a surprise (and I’ve only mentioned it to this group, so don’t go leaking it to the press), but Sam and I developed two tartans together and registered them with the Scottish Register of Tartans.

We’re aiming to have the linings finished around the same time as the body fabrics, but I’ll keep you updated as we press forward.

What size should I purchase?
We recommend measuring a garment you like that is similar to the garment you want to purchase. Lay the item flat and use a fabric measuring tape and compare the results with the size chart to identify the best fit for you.
Do you take returns or exchanges?
We do support returns and exchanges, but there are limitations to both options. For more information, see Returns, Exchanges, and the Like.
An item I want is listed as "Coming Soon" - is there any way to get a time estimate for when an item will release?
We recommend subscribing to the newsletter or keeping an eye on the blog (found in the top banner of the website) as we will always provide updates for upcoming product releases and estimated timelines when they're available.
