I'm unhappy with my purchase. What can I do?

If you're unsatisfied with the fit or construction of something, we do offer returns and exchanges based on availability. For more information about all of that, see Returns, Exchanges, and the Like.

We'll do our best to make sure you are taken care of!

What size should I purchase?

We recommend measuring a garment you like that is similar to the garment you want to purchase. Lay the item flat and use a fabric measuring tape and compare the results with the size chart to identify the best fit for you.

Do you ship internationally?

We do support international shipping - but we unfortunately aren't able to cover the cost of any customs, clearances, or duty fees. We ask that you take that into consideration before placing an order so you don't get any unexpected costs in the future.

Is there any way to get a time estimate for when an item will release?

We recommend subscribing to the newsletter or keeping an eye on the Development Status page as we will always provide updates for upcoming product releases and estimated timelines when they're available.
